Cancellation policy, the moment when you must cancel the meeting
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
I value the space we create together and the intention with which you come to our sessions.
Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and just as you trust that I will be present for you, I rely on the mutual commitment to our agreed time.
My schedule fills up in advance, and last‑minute changes often mean that the time cannot be offered to someone who may be waiting for support.
Clear boundaries around cancellations help me maintain balance, continuity, and care – both for you and for everyone I work with.
Therefore, please inform me about changes in a timely manner.
Cancellation fees.
You can cancel via email, text message, or phone.
The cancellation fee covers the time I have set aside for you and cannot reallocate at short notice.
Thank you for your understanding, respect, and thoughtful communication.
Your consideration allows me to stay present, grounded, and available for everyone who chooses to work with me.
Cancellations made 48–24 hours before our meeting are charged at 50% of the session fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or not attending the session, are charged at 100% of the fee.
